    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have listened to the Assistant Minister’s answer; he has definitely shown that there has been mismanagement of the seed production areas in this country. This is in the sense that there was no crop failure in Uasin Gishu, North Rift or Trans Nzoia, where the seeds are mainly produced, yet the Kenya Seed Company did not ensure that they produced the right quantities of seeds. What is the Assistant Minister going to do to ensure that this mismanagement does not recur since it could have been deliberate so that some sharks can import seeds?"
