Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 133 of the Bill be amended by— (a) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in Subclause (1) and substituting therefor the words “the Regulatory Board”; and, (b) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in the proviso to Subclause (2) and substituting thereof the words “the Regulatory Board”."
