Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 143 of the Bill be amended by ─ (a) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”; and, (b) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” wherever they appear in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board This is a consequential amendment on the name."
