Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 150 of the Bill be amended by─ (a) deleting the words “water works development boards” appearing in Subclause (1) and substituting therefor the words “water works development agencies”; and, (b) deleting the words “water works development boards” appearing in Subclause (2) and substituting therefor the words “water works development agencies”. This is in line with the change of the name of “Water Works Development Board” to “Water Works Development Agencies.”"
