    "content": "(1) The Cabinet Secretary shall, within one year of the Resource Strategy. commencement of this Act and every five years thereafter, following public participation, formulate a national water resource strategy. (2) The object of the Water Resource Strategy shall be to provide the Government’s plans and programs for the protection, conservation, control and management of water resources.
