    "content": "At some point, I thought on the same page with Hon. George Oner. However, when he spoke, I got a little bit worried. The use of the words “consumer protection”, for those of us who have engaged in this sort of thing--- Unless they want to mean something totally different, I really think the words “consumer protection” in this particular section are misplaced. You are saying for purposes of ensuring consumer protection and all these other things they are saying. I do not understand what you want to mean by “consumer protection” in terms of regulatory standards. Please clarify for me."
