    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the contributions of the hon. Members show that this matter is really grave. I seek you indulgence that the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock Development and Cooperatives handles this matter. In those areas where farmers are in a position to produce food for subsistence and commercial purposes--- Due to the scarcity of seeds these people might not produce enough for their own use. The Government is going to spend a lot of money to import food. I would request that this matter be investigated by the relevant Committee."
