Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the Third Schedule be amended by- (a) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in Clause 2(1) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”; (b) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” wherever it appears in Clause 5 and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”; and, (c) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in Clause 6(2) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”."
