    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to congratulate the Chairperson of the Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. In rushing to get the amendments done, we made irrelevant amendments to Section 16 and 17 of this Bill. I think the Chairman should consider, at the earliest opportunity, to clean up so that we do not expose those who will be practising as investment and financial analysts to constitutional conditions that they cannot meet."
