Today, we are in a country where water is scarce even though it is in abundance. We have situations where we have rogue borehole drillers who drill boreholes hither and thither and end up spoiling the environment. This Bill brings an opportunity where we are able to streamline the process and bring water to everybody in a good way. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support."
