I would like the Chairperson to state:- (a) Whether he is aware that Isaac Kibet Kikwei, 27 years old and Silas Chepkech Mangumi, 20 years old, were killed on their way home from grazing their animals in Chebyuk Location, Kopsiro Division in Bungoma County by KWS officers on 16th April, 2015. (b) State whether he is aware that the matter was reported at Kapsokwony Police by the KWS officers purportedly to have killed bandits and managed to recover a bullet magazine and; (c) State what action has been taken to establish the truth in this matter?"
