The reason a Statement like this one is sought is so that we know about both policy and the action being taken. However, when Sen. Wetangula wants to mete out even the punishment to be given, then what is the point of seeking the Statement? If you want to seek a further clarification or to ride on the Statement so that you enrich it, please, do it to that extent only. Do not pre-empt or give us the answer that the Chairperson of the Committee is expected to give us when the Statement is finally issued in the House. Sen. Kanainza, please, one minute."
