    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 45(2)(b), I wish to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Health concerning an outbreak of Malaria in Western region, in particular, Kakamega and Vihiga counties. In the Statement, the Chairperson should explain:- (1) If the Cabinet Secretary for Health is aware of this outbreak. (2) What the Government has done so far to contain the outbreak? (3) What support the national Government has offered to complement the county governments of Vihiga and Kakamega in the effort to fight Malaria in the counties?"
