    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will leave it, but I have made my point. The Government should not pass the buck. It is its responsibility to make sure that all Kenyans wherever they are, are given security. As Sen. Kagwe said, we are playing into the hands of Al Shabaab when we continue talking and doing nothing. Are we saying that we, as a country, are not capable of giving our children the education they need because Al Shabaab is causing insecurity in the country? We should face them, deal with them and allow our children to get the necessary education."
