    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, my point of order is only to insist that I wanted the Attorney-General to respond to the issue of restitution, and he says he is helpless. Is he in order to hide behind issues of faith about being helpless and so on, when we know that this House passed the Organized Crimes Act which, amongst other things, provides that proceeds from organized crime can actually be secured by this Government so as to restitute these people?"
