    "content": "aware that 60 per cent of the country’s population lives in informal settlements that are overcrowded and connected to hazardous electricity lines, making them predominantly vulnerable to fire outbreaks; concerned that insufficient access roads to slums has often hampered disaster response from aid agencies, signifying a major gap in urban crisis preparedness in the country; cognisant of the need to control loss of lives through fire outbreaks, this House urges the Government to establish Fire Disaster Management Centres in all slums countrywide.
