We have to be very specific that this money belongs to the national Government but given to the counties so that they pay on behalf of the people of that particular county. Finally, we need to insist that in future we are likely to see a new a wave of marginalisation. We must stand up and review the formula. I support. Let us support for the sake of the country. We need to move forward. We need to ensure that development is done. We need to urge the counties to ensure that they deliver on their promises to the people and also ensure that there is sanity in spending. Thank you."
