I have always said that because if we just depend on the money that comes from the national Government, then the difference between the county governments and Constituency Development Fund (CDF) is not there. The Senate should help us look at each county. Each county has its own unique features and opportunities. If those opportunities can be exploited, we can generate revenue at the local level and more importantly, generate jobs for our youth."
