That has come about because of the delay that we got around The Division of Revenue Bill discussions between the two Houses. My view is that there is no good harmonisation between the Budget process at the county and the Budget process at the national level. By the time we get to the Budget Policy Statement, The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
