    "content": "THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1) by deleting the words “Securities and Investment” and substituting therefor the words “Investment and Financial”. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, during debate in the Second Reading of this Bill, there was a proposal that the name and abbreviation of the institute be changed. We subsequently consulted with stakeholders and I am moving this amendment to take care of that. I propose that both the title and the name of the institute be changed. The institute will now be called “The Institute of Investment and Financial Analysts.” So, the amendment I am proposing is just to reflect that change, which I will come to later on."
