    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 10(1) of the Bill be amended by deleting the word \"boards” and substituting therefor the word “committees” If you check the Bill, Clause 10 relates to formation of sub-committees of the board. In the printed Bill, they are calling them “boards”. It reads: “The Council may establish such boards as may be necessary for the performance of the functions of the institute.” So, we said the standard practice has been that, if you are the main board, you form sub- committees which you do not call boards. The amendment is aimed at best practice, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady."
