    "content": "Yes, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairperson. If you were to read Chapter Six of the Constitution, it is difficult to tag that section to Chapter Six. As we have said, the whole of Chapter Six talks about State officers. We have even seen the Leader of the Majority Party struggling but without success, to read to us a specific section of Chapter Six which can help us here. So, I wish to drop that one. We cannot pass laws in vain. I will just drop the issue of Chapter Six only."
