    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I have said before in this House that we are a body of professionals. When we get the inputs of professionals like Dr. Pukose, Prof. Nyikal and Dr. Murgor, we are obliged to follow their line of thinking. The Motion is quite noble, but the proposed amendment by Dr. Pukose makes it more noble in terms of practical implementation of the provisions of the Motion. I second."
