Temporary Deputy Speaker, there is the issue of doctors and other medics being employed on the basis of ethnicity in counties that we come from that has been featuring a lot in newspapers; we need to bring a serious law to this House that can compel county governments not to discriminate against medics employed in the counties. We do not need you to speak the language of the people for you to treat them. When you go to a hospital, you do not enquire as to where doctors come from before they treat you. Wananchi do not want services from any part of this country. It does not matter where a doctor comes from. You should get treatment from anywhere. With those few remarks, I support this Motion.
