    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I stand to support this Motion for so many reasons. One, a lot of times services that have been taken closer to constituencies have proved to serve citizens of this country better. I represent Kacheliba Constituency in West Pokot County. West Pokot happens to be the largest consumer of blood in the blood bank in our referral hospital in Eldoret. Of all the beneficiaries of the blood bank, majority come from my constituency. It is for this reason that I deem it fit that we take these services closer to the people. At least every constituency must have a good hospital that can serve its people well.
