    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I support the Motion because we say that a healthy nation is a wealthy nation. So, if we set up ICUs and blood transfusion centres in every constituency, it will mean we will have a relatively healthy nation, and members of the public will be able to do their work in a big way. We will save a lot of money that we use to take our patients to other countries like India; we will save a lot of FOREX and our per capita income will increase."
