    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker and Hon. Dawood. I support this with some reservations. I have had over 35 years of experience in hospital management. There must be a differentiation between blood transfusion and blood banks. A blood bank requires tremendous amount of facilities and technical information. Blood transfusion can be carried out at the constituency level even within certain health centres as long as the person doing it has the qualification and the ability to do so. The problem is in the matching of blood."
