    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also want to thank Hon. Dawood. This is a very well thought out Motion. Emergencies and unpredictable situations happen everywhere and to everyone. This is a very important Motion given that there are some remote parts of this country where we do not have any health facilities around. If this Motion is going to be approved and the Government implements it, it is going to help so many Kenyans who live in remote parts of the country."
