So, you can just refresh my screen by removing your cards if you are not speaking to this Bill, so that I know exactly who wants to speak to it. Definitely, some of us may have done a lot of research and library work on this, and so we will get quality work if we pick those who have thought through this Bill. It is good for us to do that, so that we can have a quality debate. In spite of my intervention, nobody seems to be relenting. I take that this is the order of how you want to speak. If that is the case, I will start with the Member for Kitui East."
