    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this matter came to our Committee and we wrote to the Nairobi City County to give us a response. We had not received a response as at two weeks ago and the time that we had given them expired. Last week, my Committee decided to give them a demand letter. We gave them seven days to respond. Since the seven days have not yet expired, I beg for your indulgence, so that in case the Nairobi City County Government does not respond, I would like to know what action we may have to take."
