    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I stand to support this Bill. This is supposed to be one of the agenda activities that the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) should be dealing with. The two Houses are equally represented. We are forming a Committee which consists of our Members. So, they should not wait for two years to work for this House. It is a reminder that everything needs to be normalized because now we have a bicameral Parliament which has the Senate and the National Assembly.
