    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to second this Motion and in doing so, I want to thank the CIC for the work that it has done. I know that it has been in existence for a short time but it has managed to do a good job. I want to say that, that is an independent Commission under the Constitution. I would want to urge them to ensure that they keep their mandate as an independent institution and as the public watchdog."
