    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you look at the Report, a lot of it shows that a lot of preparatory work has been done but there is some substantive work. I want to encourage the Commission--- We told them when we first met that they landed on their job running and we want to tell them to continue running. That is because contrary to what is in the public domain, Parliament is running on the issue of constitutional implementation. We actually have the smaller bit in relation to constitutional implementation which is passing the law. As my Chair has stated, if you actually look at the schedule, we are within time. Despite the fact that we may have met challenges here and there as may ordinarily be expected, we have overcome them and we are moving forward."
