Speaker, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion:- THAT, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No.97 and the Resolution of Wednesday, 11th February 2015, this House resolves that debate on Order No.9 be limited as follows:- A maximum of two hours and as the Members have also moved, the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party speak for 10 minutes.
