    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Chair has also spoken about the issue of awareness. Many of us thought that the Constitution has passed and that is the end of it. We must empower our citizenry so that they are able to enjoy the rights that are guaranteed under the Constitution. That can only be done if we have awareness. It is only awareness that will ensure an empowered citizenry. So, as a Committee, we have agreed that we will work with the relevant entities to ensure that the public is fully aware of what their constitutional rights are."
