    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I believe this is a House of rules and procedures. For an hon. Member to have signed a document, I want to believe that his conscience must have been very clear. At the outset, I must state that 95 hon. Members of this House appended their signatures in support of the Motion for the dismissal of the Cabinet Secretary (CS), Professor Jacob Thuranira Kaimenyi and as such, Article 152 (6) of the Constitution was complied with. In prosecuting this Motion, I will address two fundamental issues as earlier mentioned:- One is gross violation of a provision of the Constitution or any other law and two is gross misconduct."
