    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we must rebuild the walls of this country on the basis of integrity, reconciliation and politics that can put this country forward; and on politics that remembers that the walls were broken in 2008 when many people lost limbs, property and life. To date, we are not remembering that there are Kenyans who died and others who are living without limbs like the one we saw two days ago without hands and legs. There are also those who are ailing and dying because they cannot get medication. I urge the President and the Prime Minister to take a lead in bringing the country back to course."
