Odanga cannot usurp the powers of the Education Committee and bring a report in the form of a complaint. He should have, in fact, disclosed that he is a member of that Committee, but he has not stated that here. I expected him to say:- The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
