    "content": "Thank you very much for your guidance, Hon. Speaker. The education sector in North Eastern Province of Kenya has failed. Prof. Kaimenyi is not able to offer any viable alternative to make sure that the sector is revived. The children in North Eastern Province of Kenya are not going to school. They have been out of class for the last two terms. We have proposed to him tangible solutions which can work. The private schools in North Eastern Province of Kenya are working.
