    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, there is the issue of civic education, which is key and a number of hon. Members have raised it. I think that is a matter that needs to be looked at. In the first instance, the Committee of Experts (CoE) was given the responsibility to conduct civic education. Can we get that expenditure audited because that thing came in, in the last minute? We want to see how those funds were spent because some of them were given to civic educators or institutions the previous Commission on the Constitution had used. Because they did not have time, the money was just wired there and nothing much was done."
