    "content": "When you look at the countries that have got least indices of corruption, you do not find such a body and yet we keep on insisting on having such a body. So, this exercise in futility must come to an end at some point. We must end it at some point and realise that whether we have 100, one or three commissioners, they are heading the wrong thing. It will not help us. Just as Hon. Kaluma has said, there have been insinuations that even the investigators of the EACC are more corrupt than the people they are investigating. They do not do lifestyle audits. It has become a gravy train. In fact, some people fall over themselves to get a job at EACC because they think “n itakuwa nimefukuza umaskini. ” This body that we are trying to add or reduce commissioners to is not the way to go."
