    "content": "given an opportunity as a Senior Counsel of the country, maybe that would not have happened. What befell the outgoing Chairman would never have happened. Having said all that, we all appreciate that corruption has killed the future generation of Kenya. The future generation is being destroyed because of beer and corruption. Our old people are not being paid the monies they deserve. Because of corruption, many things are not working. The systems are not working. We all have a duty, as leaders, to make a difference. The way to make a difference is to ensure that we are passing laws which are going to mitigate against the vice of corruption in the country so that together we can have a better Kenya. Thank you for the opportunity. I rise to support the Bill."
