    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the point I am making is that indeed, the sign of sovereignity in a Government is a Government that is able to protect the rights of its people. A Government that threatens its people cannot claim to be sovereign, no wonder things are happening. I want to urge that we think about our country, we put Kenya first and accelerate all these reforms. We should work with the CIC and all the relevant bodies and give them all the support. With those very many remarks, I beg to support."
