    "content": "look at India for example, the current ruling party in India, the BJP was a small party in 1984. It managed only four Members in the national parliament. Right now they have risen from that level to the national and have now formed a national government. If these political parties benefit from these funds, I am sure they may reach the national level and form a government. I support this amendment. Let us make these funds available to these political parties, so that we may grow our democracy in a more civilized way."
