    "content": "I would like to urge my good friend, Hon. Chris Wamalwa, to be open in order for us to strengthen this provision. We are supporting our parties within our coalition in the best way we can with the little resources that we have. I would urge the same to be done in his coalition. As we address the issue of funding, let us move towards detribalising political parties and creating strong political institutions that are known for their issues and not for individuals that lead those institutions."
