    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. Is it in order for the Minister to try and give a negative view on what the National Integration and Cohesion Commission (NICC) did, while the Act of Parliament that set up that Commission, which he participated in passing, explicitly gives the mandate to review the appointments in the Civil Service and give us the information? So, the Commission completely did its work. That is what the Commission is supposed to do. Why is the Minister misleading the House and the country that what they did is wrong?"
