Member, in order to mislead the House by stating that it is only in the USA or other modern democracies that we have strong political parties? In Tanzania, Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) is a strong viable political party and yet we gained Independence during the same period with them. Is he in order to mislead the House that this only happens in the USA and other democracies when it is happening here in Tanzania?"
