    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the intent of these amendments is to enable all those small political parties to have access to political parties funds. It is all about money. We cannot have “briefcase” and ethnic-based Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), pretending to be national parties, having access to hard-earned taxpayers’ money. I oppose in the strongest terms possible."
