    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Bill. If it were not for small political parties, I would not be in this House. So, I do not see why there should be monopoly in political parties. The comparisons we are giving with countries like the United States of America and Britain does not arise in this country because there is a lot of rigging in this country and, unless there are more political parties, many of us will not come to this House."
