Chris Wamalwa, seeks to ensure that political parties funds are made available to all parties, including the small ones that do not necessarily secure, at least, 5 per cent of the total votes in a preceding general election. Parties have suffered because they have not got money. Had it not been for the coalition - and I thank ODM - even the Wiper Democratic Movement would not have got any funds."
